Solidarity and entrepreneurial way are core values of the Bolloré Group. These values nourish its willingness to support men and women, theirs ideas and their ability to concretize them.Each year, the Group donates “a share of what it had the opportunity to receive” to solidarity actions.
In 2008, the international-scale collaborative program Earthtalent by Bolloré was founded to support solidarity projects brought by the Group’s employees contributing to local development. Thanks to the involvement of more than 1000 employees, 37 entrepreneurial projects have been supported in 18 countries taking into account their transparency and sustainability. In accordance with the corporate sponsorship strategy of the Group, Earthtalent by Bolloré now focuses on project aiming at improving the social and economic situation of young people and extends its actions to projects brought by the public.
Prioritizing access to education, contributing to sustainable economic growth and promoting decent work are the cornerstone of the Earthtalent by Bolloré program and the Group Bolloré’s solidarity.
Through this engagement, the Group complies with two out of the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations in 2015:
– Goal n° 4 : Quality Education
– Goal n°8 : Decent work and economic growth
Earthtalent by Bolloré: a new online call for project platform now open to the public
The new Earthtalent by Bolloré platform is aimed at NGOs and not-for-profit structures supporting young generations’ empowerment in countries where the Group is located. As a response to the challenges facing young people around the world, the ambition of the Earthtalent program is to support projects having a significant impact both for the beneficiaries and the local communities. Each project must encourage the Bolloré Group employees’ commitment in terms of time and skills.
